What happens to brides that have already ordered their gowns?

All Joon Brides with gowns on order have been contacted by Beth & Anna via email. As a reminder, nothing has changed with any on-order gowns or accessories. All designers are aware of Joon’s closure & we will continue to stay in close communication with all of our production partners to ensure your gown arrives exactly as scheduled. Joon is fully dedicated to fulfilling all bridal orders.

Can I still book an appointment &/or order a gown from Joon?

Joon will continue to accept appointments as usual during the month of November 2025. Beginning in December, Joon will not accept any made-to-order bridal appointments. The month of December will be dedicated to a store-wide sample sale.

What happens if I order a gown & it arrives after December 2025?

Brides with orders arriving post December 2025 will have their final try on / pick up appointment at our trusted seamstress’s location - Tailored to You in Fayetteville. Beth & Anna will continue to receive, quality check & transport gowns to this location & will facilitate all bride’s appointments. The only change to your pick-up is simply the location.

*Note, brides will not be required to receive alterations from Tailored to You despite this being the location of gown pick-ups. (However, Berna & team are amazing, so why wouldn’t you use them?)

What are the details of your December sample sale?

Our store-wide sample sale will begin early December. All gowns will be discounted & ready to be sold off-the-rack. For more details, please stay tuned. We will communicate sale dates & more details in the coming weeks.
