Outlined below is Joon Bridal’s TERMS & CONDITIONS for sample gowns. This is a binding sale and by purchasing merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
SAMPLE GOWNS: I understand that all sample gowns are FINAL sale and that I am accepting this sample gown in the current condition that it is a the time of its sale.
REPAIRS: I understand that any stains, tears, missing buttons, or damage to the gown is not at the responsibility of Joon Bridal after the time of purchase. I am aware that any and all alterations and repairs made to the gown after purchase are the responsibility of the bride and are not included in the sample price.
ALTERATION/REPAIR COST: I understand that any price estimation made on the part of Joon Bridal for these alterations/repairs is only an estimation based on prior knowledge and not a guarantee. Joon Bridal is not responsible for any price difference between that estimation and the actual cost of necessary alterations/repairs.
